That's the amount of time I spent working out yesterday evening. Cardio followed by weight training. I used to do such regimens a few years ago but that was...a few years ago. And I'd usually do weights first followed by cardio. Both were hard when I first started them. But the effects have already been marked: I lost two pounds since last week. To be fair, I'm getting better at controlling my eating habits. But the double whammy--intense exercise and cutting back on food--does not make me happy in the short term. Soup works wonders, though. And lots of fluids.
