***No workouts***
As stated previously, I've decided no workouts of any kind for the entire week while R.'s on vacation. And forget the diet.

Skipped every opportune to work out. And forget the diet. Sigh.

I think I'll skip any workout this week. R.'s on vacation and will want the evenings together. We're also going out of town. I don't want to risk any form of injury.

Done. Will resume workouts on the 8th.
