***2005 goal...this year!***

I reduced my workouts to nothing during NaNoWriMo and am now paying for it. Last week's lone workout (cardio on Tuesday) barely dented the five pound gain. And my eating habits are worsening the situation.

Goal: lose not only those five pounds, but get my muscles back by my b-day next year.
