Forging the Physique

***Ten pounds***
That's how much I gained over the latter part of the year. Thus, I did slip from my weight maintenance of four years ago. I was conscious of it the whole time, though, and have only to blame myself for the ripped pairs of pants and the tightening belt.
But I have a secret weapon against this weight loss. That is...success.
Five years ago I lost thirty pounds in six months. And I never forgot how I did it. The process--and the fact that it worked--adds to the courage in this newest round for optimal weight.
Whew.
Now that the goals have been established, the projects--monthly, weekly, and daily--are easy to plan out. And the drive to accomplish all this? Courage. (And the desire to see my abs again.)
