Few words

I haven't been posting much on this blog because there's been no new development in pursuit of my fitness goals. Well, actually, that's not quite true. However, I don't like to whine so I'll state it short and succinct: have not hit the gym for either cardio or weights and while I've changed my diet to include more vegetables (namely soy), I'm not made any significant inroads at this point.

Bally Fitness apparently is updating their class schedules. Again. I actually had to call to find out group exercises were available this morn. Can you imagine?

Going towards the goal

While at R.'s place of work (see Words), I worked on my fitness goals for the rest of the year. So far I have:
- Reduce body fat percentage to 13%. (I'm currently around 15%.)
- Work up to four cardio hours weekly.
- Work up to five weigh-training hours weekly.
- Move towards a primary vegetable/fruit/nuts diet.
- Supplementation: protein, creatine, glutamine (which is new to me.)
