Going towards the goal

While at R.'s place of work (see Words), I worked on my fitness goals for the rest of the year. So far I have:
- Reduce body fat percentage to 13%. (I'm currently around 15%.)
- Work up to four cardio hours weekly.
- Work up to five weigh-training hours weekly.
- Move towards a primary vegetable/fruit/nuts diet.
- Supplementation: protein, creatine, glutamine (which is new to me.)

I'm going back to a more vegetarian diet too. Lots of vegetable soup made fresh. Who wants mad cow disease anyhow?
Oh my oh my -- I thought vegan guy was what I wanted, but I'd settle for bulking up a bit more if I had to. DAMN.
